This particular staff has a molded metal top.   I do carve staffs but no metal molding except some inlaid gemstones.  I will have more staff pictures this coming year.  They should be done by winter of 2008.  I do not reproduce staffs and only make originals.  Like a magic wand it should be specific for you.
